Updated: Jan 8, 2024

Our website, https://thirteenrosesaesthetics.com/, is committed to ensuring accessibility for all users, regardless of their abilities or disabilities. We strive to provide a user-friendly experience for everyone and adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.

1. Accessibility Features

We have implemented the following accessibility features on our website:

1.1 Alternative Text

We provide alternative text for all non-text content, such as images and multimedia, to ensure that screen readers and assistive technologies can describe the content accurately.

1.2 Keyboard Navigation

Our website is designed to be fully navigable using only a keyboard, without the need for a mouse or other pointing device. Users can use the "Tab" key to move between interactive elements and the "Enter" key to activate them.

1.3 Color Contrast

We ensure sufficient color contrast between text and background elements to make content readable for users with low vision or color blindness.

1.4 Text Resizing

Users can adjust the text size on our website using their browser settings. Our content remains readable and functional at different text sizes.

1.3 Clear Structure and Headings

We use proper HTML markup to create a clear and organized structure for our website, including the use of headings, subheadings, and lists. This helps users navigate and understand the content more easily.

2. Ongoing Efforts

We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our website. Our efforts include:

2.1 User Testing

We conduct regular accessibility testing with users of varying abilities to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

2.2 Training

Our development team receives training on web accessibility best practices and WCAG guidelines to ensure that new features and content are implemented in an accessible manner.

2.3 Content Review

We regularly review our website's content to ensure that it remains accessible and up to date with accessibility standards.

3. Feedback and Support

We welcome feedback from our users regarding the accessibility of our website. If you encounter any accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us. We will make every effort to address your concerns and provide a satisfactory solution.

4. Third-Party Content

While we strive to ensure accessibility on our website, there may be third-party content or integrated features that are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of such content but will work to provide accessible alternatives whenever possible.

5. Compliance

We aim to comply with applicable accessibility laws and regulations. This accessibility policy is periodically reviewed and updated to ensure ongoing compliance and alignment with current standards.
